By special request.... Here are some paper heart and lips cupcake toppers for Valentine's Day. I created the designs in watercolor. Just print on nice photo paper, cut out, and glue on sticks. (Follow the same step-by-step instructions posted in the next entry, "happy birthday! candle cupcake toppers.") Find the template here.
