My marshmallow art was such a hit (thank you all for your lovely comments!) that I thought I'd add a few more.

    They look awesome! Are they the same pens you would use to write on icing on cupcakes? Where do you get them from?

    Kat--I used Americolor brand gourmet writers, found on amazon.com (though I ordered wholesale direct from americolor, because of my biz.) They look like magic markers, but the ink is edible. To write on icing, I actually pipe with a "2" tip, because I think it looks cleaner, but for fun projects like this, the pens can't be beat. Most craft stores will have something comparable, but I can't say enough great things about the Americolor brand of everything.
