  2. I just started making these types of cookies and started by using your recipes. Your icing recipe is so good, the texture if perfect and tasty. I'm surprised to see a lot of amazing cookie decorators using the classic royal icing (meringue powder, water and powdered sugar) which I tried using for the first time a few days ago on our gingerbread men. Classic royal icing is really gross and I think i even chipped a tooth! So thank you for the awesome icing recipe!!!

  3. Thanks Anncoo and Asha! I couldn't agree more about icing... this one doesn't dry as rock hard, but still dries hard enough to handle and package while tasting infinitely better :)
