It's definitely a challenge coming up with sweet treats without a kitchen. Even making frosting is a chore I won't face (my mixer bowl doesn't fit in our tiny bathroom sink to clean). But these bite-size dot pops are super easy to make and kitchen free. You can also omit the sticks and use the dots to decorate a cake. The lollipops are made with candy writers by CK Products, which come in all sorts of colors and I find to taste pretty yummy.
how to make mini mod dot lollipops
you will need:*
candy writers in assorted colors
lollipop sticks
baking tray
wax paper
container of hot water
scissors
step one: melt your candy writers
Put the candy writers in a tall container filled with hot water (not boiling). Let sit a few minutes until melted and massage the tube to mix. As you use each writer, snip the end with scissors to open.

step two: make your dots
Work with one lollipop at a time so the candy doesn't dry before you finish. With a candy writer, make a circle about the size of a nickel, but no bigger than a quarter. Place a lollipop stick at the center and turn to coat. Make another dot on top of the first circle with another color. Make a third dot on top of that with yet another color. Let dry at room temperature fully before lifting away from the wax paper. That's it!

bonus: mod stripe bites
You can play around with your candy writers. I made square stripe bites (not on a stick) here:
I feel your pain. We had no kitchen for about 8 weeks during our renovation. I had to get create to satisfy my sweet tooth. I made these rice krispies treats in the microwave.
