So our house is still in total chaos, but thanks to a weekend without the kid (and thanks to her grandparents), her room is just about finished.
Some details (clockwise from top):
felt flowers (from the land of nod, here)
pages of a Dick and Jane book (with a fabric-wrapped matting and a cheap craft store frame)

button-up window shades (made with Amy Butler fabric using these directions, and I added black out lining in between the two pieces of fabric)

tree mural with removable, felt poppies (how-tos coming!)

Oh how pretty! Love her room!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Love the colors! She will adore it.
ReplyDeleteMan o Man, one woman need not this much creative genius!! You already share all your ideas but I am going to come see you and demand that you infuse some of this talent into me. :)

ReplyDeleteThis bedroom is so lovely! I love the felt flowers, and the owl in the tree mural. I really love how you framed book illustrations too, it all brings the room together beautifully!
